How do you relax?
So I have a lot on my mind right now, a lot of stuff has been happening in my life recently. That being said, I like to walk, listen to music, play video games, read, listen to audiobooks, pray, watch TikToks, watch comedies, etc. Stress can kill someone’s body, metaphorically speaking and sometimes literally. As always, prayers would be welcome. I frequently pray for all of you! God bless and stay tuned!

I agree. Dealing with stress in my life led to multiple chronic health conditions. I am finally on the road to wellness. I will be praying for you!
