So my life depends on music. I use music to help me find meaning in life. Hearing the messages music conveys brings me joy and a sense of purpose. Without it I’d be nothing. I also find direction in music sometimes too. What to do and what not to do. Especially contemporary worship music like Elevation Worship. They have helped me recenter my life on Christ so many times it’s unreal. Like I adore Elevation Worship so much! I want to attend an Elevation Worship concert sometime. Their song Lion and the Spanish, I believe, version of it Leaon are on rotation right now for me. Gotta love them. But seriously, I’d be dead without music most likely. God bless and stay tuned!

How do you plan your goals?
So basically I just set a goal based upon my interests and the interests of those around me that I’m close to. Then I start to think of steps I need to take to reach my goal. Then I just start moving forward. God bless and stay tuned!

What is the most important thing to carry with you all the time?
So I literally believe that a Bible is the best thing to carry around with you. Whether it’s on your phone or a pocket Bible. It’s important to stay spiritually healthy and well grounded in scripture.

How would you describe yourself to someone who can’t see you?
To be honest, I have high self esteem. I’d say I’m cute, tall, strong, smart, funny, kind, very religious, hard worker, president of a nonprofit, and a tire and battery technician.

Dogs or cats?
Dogs. I like both. But dogs are like “hi! I love you! You’re my best friend! Let’s play! Let’s relax! Let’s grow together! Etc!” Cats seem more distant and flippant. I’d rather have a dog and have to walk it daily than have a cat. God bless and stay tuned!

What bothers you and why?
So I know this makes me sound super critical, but everything has the potential to bother me. I literally have to constantly correct my thinking and tell myself “don’t say that”. The amount of stuff that bothers me is ridiculous. Good thing God gave us the ability to work on ourselves! God bless and take care!

Are you seeking security or adventure?
So God calls us to faith filled risked. But those risks aren’t necessarily like selling all your belongings after first coming to Christ and moving to Timbuktu on mission with an international missions team (let me know if God called you to this!). There’s a degree of logic to His callings because God is a God of Order and not disorder. They make sense to those in the faith. That being said, I love adventure and the unknown (I founded a ministry at age 26 after all). I also love having all my ducks in a row (I’m not going to get loans for the ministry and am willing for it to grow slowly for upwards of 10 years and simply spend money for things like certificates of deposit out of my own pocket initially. That way I can provide a loan myself, so to speak, and not utilize credit). I also personally prefer to have debts paid before accruing new ones. So honestly, while I prefer security, I only slightly prefer security. I do believe God often calls us to both of them though! Stay tuned and God bless!

So this is a question I was asked and wanted to answer on this blog. This type of post was what I originally intended with this blog. I will admit I was a little skeptical of this question due to it being asked in text and some of the conspiracies that exist with the group I was asked if wrote the Bible. That being said, I thought about it a little bit and thought that it would be beneficial to answer. The question lies with the authorship of the Bible. Specifically I was asked if the illuminati wrote the Bible. Per my schooling and studies, I would say that they didn’t. Yes a number of people over the course of over 1,000 years wrote the Bible, and some books in the Bible we are unsure of the author, but I do not believe the illuminati wrote it. God inspired through His power utilizing the hands of men a collection of documents that is now known as the Holy Bible. Some names of people who wrote the Bible are Paul of Tarsus, Peter, James, and King David. There were more authors than these, but that is just in a nutshell. God bless and stay tuned!

What is your favorite genre of music?
So this includes Christian music like Toby Mac. But just in general I like pop the most. Unfortunately, as with most secular music, the lyrics are sometimes very raunchy to catchy pop songs. That being said, there’s a lot of good pop out there. I do also like Christian worship music a lot too like Elevation Worship. Stay tuned and God bless!
