What is your favorite form of physical exercise?
To be honest, I’m a huge fan of walking. It’s easier on the joints than running, and can get you up to 70% of the effects of running if done briskly. Likewise, there’s nothing more relaxing after a long day than a walk around town followed by a good night’s sleep. I’m so glad God gave us the gift of mobility, it truly is amazing.
