I do see myself as a leader. I may not be as authoritarian as some other leaders, and by that I mean things have to be done my way, but I do like to lead people. I generally prefer to lead by example, as I have a harder time talking to people about their issues than I do just doing the right thing. That being said, I am the president and a director of a nonprofit. So I do have some leadership experience as well. I am trying to discern a more noticeable way of doing things that more clearly point towards my goal of bringing the world the Truth and Grace of Jesus Christ.
